Performance Titanium features over a dozen bar and plate saws in-house, allowing us to process your titanium orders with efficiency. Our standard cutting tolerance is +.125” – 000”.

Many of our customers are surprised to learn that PTG does not charge a cutting fee – ask us to quote your cut-to-size titanium requirements to see if this may be beneficial to you. Cut-to-size also allows us to utilize our stock to achieve the best possible yield, and, in turn, you can save on cost and machining time.

Performance Titanium performs titanium cutting services in-house, and contracts with local outside processors for additional services:
We are happy to quote your requirements with these value-added services, recommend our preferred vendors to you, or drop ship your material to a third-party vendor to complete your processing.
