So far we have not had much interaction with PTG, but I have zero complaints at this time. Quotes have been received very promptly, customer service has been great. When I send an email to someone who is out of the office, someone else responds in their place. Some companies that does not happen and my email sits in their mailbox until they come back, possibly days later. In the one purchase order we did place with PTG, there was a bow in the material and they emailed us and sent photos to make sure that we could use the piece before they cut it. They understand our needs.

Being a small operation, one of my problems with doing business has always been that my requirements on size or orders has been a sticking point with suppliers.
